This will be a Sweet Spot workout.
This is a power based workout therefore you will be expected to hang for the prescibed time because there will be no let off in power save for turns and stop signs etc.
I cater to drafters but be forewarned that for 1.5 hr(or more) the avg mph will be 22-25 depending on conditions.
