
Freeform group ride.
Everything I have been reading says to do a little vo2 and anaerobic maintenance once a week during this time of the year so what better way than a group ride to push each other.

Rides welcome to all. However please be aware: Self sufficiency is a must so you should bring at least a tube and an air device. Water and food will should reflect the distance and effort. You will not be for want of H2o. Consider that these rides are group rides or training sessions so you need to into account your fitness. When out in BFE you will not be left out in BFE if you do not know the relative location of BFE to home. Rides may travel gravel roads some of which may be rutted.
